Did you know…….

That March is Women’s History month?  Rachel told me this yesterday and frankly, I’m excited.  Throughout the entire month of March, organizations all around campus will be hosting activities to celebrate the wonderful women of history!  Lots of these events will take place in the lobby of the Wells Library, so I’m sure you’ll notice. 

Another exciting thing about this month is that St. Patrick’s Day is approaching!  That should be a crazy evening in Bloomington that everyone should see!  Since I’m originally from Chicago, I usually enjoy going to the river and seeing it dyed green for the holiday.  The people in Chicago are always awesome, but on St. Patrick’s Day, they’re even cooler   As long as they’re Cubs fans!  Northside LOVE!

The final exciting thing to take place this month of March…..Spring Break!!!!  As of Friday, March 12th, or sooner for some…everyone will be very happy and the local morale at IU will be on the rise!  Finally, because I’m getting tired of seeing poor individuals fall from underneath their feet on the way past Ballantine. 

So…get excited!  And keep counting down for these days!  I promise it makes the year go faster if you have things to look forward to

21 Days until St. Patrick’s Day!

and

73 Days (roughly) until the end of the school year!!!!  (You better find something else to look forward to after St. Patty’s Day, or you’ll die counting down 52ish more days, seriously)
