How excited are you that it’s warm out right now? The weather in Bloomington is so perfect! It’s been really nice to put an end to my sedentary winter lifestyle and walk to class…anyone else exhausted? It’s sad I know, but what else could I expect after a winter of bus rides to Jordan Hall? Today, in the amazing 80ish degree weather, my boyfriend came into town from Evansville. I was so thankful to be riding around in this Jeep with the top down, feeling the warm, welcoming sun on my face! Kirkwood was a zoo, with students pouring into Kilroy’s, and outdoor seating at every restaurant being fully utilized. Unfortunately, this weather makes students (including myself) not want to go to class in stuffy Ballantine, or any other academic building for class. Unless you’ve reserved your absences for very special days like today, you probably shouldn’t skip your class. With just a month left, it’s just best to keep on track with your grades. If anything, save up your absent days for the week of Little 500, when fun really counts
